Welcome to FARMHOUSE. We want every piece you receive to feel intentional, inspired, and made just for you. Because our products are created on demand through our print partners, our return process works a little differently. Please read the details below before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Items
All FARMHOUSE items are made-to-order. This helps us reduce waste and stay committed to ethical production. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Please review all product details — including size charts, colours, and personalization — before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace or refund it.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and problem
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
Note: You do not need to return the item. Our print partners handle replacements directly.
Processing Time for Refunds/Replacements
Once your claim is approved:

Replacements are typically produced and shipped within 2–7 business days (Printify's standard production time).

Refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement.
Sizing
Because all items are printed on demand, returns for sizing issues cannot be accepted. Please refer to the size guide provided on each product page. If you need help choosing a size, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Personalized Items
Custom and personalized items are uniquely made for you. These items can only be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
